She is consistently Harcourt's highest achieving sales consultant in New Zealand. Since starting her career in 1991, she has produced outstanding results in real estate sales. After successively holding the position of No. 1 Female Salesperson for Harcourts for several years, she rapidly climbed the success charts and holds the coveted title of No. 1 Salesperson for Harcourts in Christchurch since 1999 and was No. 1 Salesperson Nationally 1999-2003.

Alison's achievements are the result of passion for the business, hard work and a deep understanding of the industry and the wants and needs of the many individual clients she deals with.

Phil McGoldrick (Auctioneer)
Phil’s real estate career began in 1982 in Ashburton, progressing from sales person to Business Owner. Early in 1988 Phil was appointed CEO of a national real estate network, then began his career with Harcourts as a Business Development Manager for its South Island offices. Now as National Auction Manager, Phil is responsible for the training of auctioneers, the maintenance of their standards and compliance with regulations and codes. As well as being an active auctioneer for Harcourts, Phil provides auction marketing training for the sales teams in New Zealand. Phil won the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand’s Auctioneering Championship in 2006.


Pauline Wilson (Licensed Property Consultant)
In addition to her own successful business, Pauline Wilson regularly assists Alison Aitken. With Pauline’s 23 years experience as both a Manager and Business Owner, this provides a further dimension to the Aitken Team.
